“MIRCO” make mobery is a magnetically operated water level control. This is designed to meet all requirements for automatic on/off control of boiler feed pump low level alarm float operated level controls are inherently fail safe. The system comprises of a single unit float chambers . A primary permanent magnet attached to the float rod slides vertically inside a non magnetic center tube and transmit the movement of the float to the secondary magnet in switch unit. These are three switches, are higher level, middle one for normal working level & third one for lower level. The feed water pump starts when the water level recedes & reaches predetermined level. If the level recedes further, then alarm / hooter will be on indicating that the water level in the shell has gone down to an alarming level and the standby pump has also to be started. When the level reaches higher level it will stop the pump water. The switch contacts are connected with operating coils of relays of motor switch for on/off controls the operating level, the maximum adjustment for differential level in mm.
