1. We have Most Comprehensive Boiler Manufacturing Set-up in the Country holding ISO9001 for 5 Areas of Activities namely Designing & Manufacturing of Boilers up to 30T/Hr Capacity, Centrifugal Pumps, Valves, Fans and Iron & Steel Foundry.
2. We have In-house Non Destructive Testing (Radiography / Ultra-sound) Facilities, Physical Laboratory & Chemical Laboratory to ensure higher level of quality. Any material going into Boiler can be tested at any stage for any characteristic that is needed to ensure quality.

Besides Boilers of up-to 30 TPH / 45 Kg/cm2 Pressure / 440 °C Superheat Capacity, we also Design and Manufacture BOILER MOUNTINGS and ACCESSORIES like Chrome Alloyed Cast Iron Sleeved IBR Pressurised Economiser, All Kind of Valves, Level Gauges, Level Controllers, Safety & Relief Valves, Control Valves, PR Valves and Stations, Boiler Feed Water Pumps, Condensate Return Pumps, ID / FD / SA Fans etc.
4. We are offering TOTAL WATER WALL PANEL without non-IBR strip hence higher effectiveness of Radiation Heat Transfer Area, Easier Maintenance and Longevity of Tube Life.
5. Membrane or Total Water Wall Panel Assembly is made of 76.2 mm Dia X 3.66 mm Thick Tubes hence longer life as compared to smaller diameter tubes. It is less susceptible and can better tolerate poor quality of Boiler Feed Water as compared to tubes of smaller diameters.
6. All Valves offered are of ALL CAST STEEL (WCB) Material with SS Trims. Level Controllers (Mobrey) are also manufactured In-house and contain Silver Contact.
7. Safety Valves have Stelitted Seats for wear resistance and longevity and carry 18 months Warranty.
8. Boiler Feed Water Pumps are Heavy Duty, High Efficiency and carry a Warranty of 18months instead of usual 12 months.
9. Level Gauges offered are of REFLEX TYPE which is superior quality and is also used in very high pressure Boilers. These are SAFE and Long Lasting hence also used in Large and High Pressure Boilers.
10. We can also offer you FACTORY MANUFACTURED and ASSEMBLED, Ready to Use Pressure Reducing Station either based on Pneumatic Control Valve or Spring/Diaphragm type PR Valve; at very reasonable price. Obviously all mountings shall be Cast Steel Make.
11.
